so, after my last review of One Stop, i received a call from Jerry, the owner. he was very concerned that i had a bad experience on my visit. i explained to him again what happened.he informed me that the gentleman that had given me the bad info, was no longer working there. now, i hate for ANYONE to lose their job but i did feel somewhat validated that what i had been saying was correct. he asked me to come back and give him another try.....so i did.this time, everything was explained to me prior to them starting any work on the car. and they actually got it done much quicker than i thought they would.i picked the car up and everything was good, just like they said.thanks Jerry for making things right! its good to know that there are owners out there that will do the right thing.
