These guys are the BEST OF THE BEST. Never in my life have I received such warm, respectful, professional, and hospitable service at any auto shop ever. These folks are honest and classy. They have a fridge stocked with waters and Starbucks drinks and a comfy couch. This is a good place to go if you’re woman and/or a queer person who’s tired of weird uncomfortable bad vibes auto shops. I honestly can’t express how relieved I am to have FINALLY found a wonderful mechanic shop in LA that feels like family, like they have my best interest at heart. One Stop is absolutely the BEST AUTO SHOP IN THE GAME!!! Shoutout to my boys Gio and Ariel!!

Gio was amazing! I really appreciated that he went over what was wrong with my suv and took care of everything. Love the text app that rates your cars "health" it made it easy to see what needs to be taken care of now and in the next few months.

Hi all, my experience with the team was way better than I had expected. They did a thorough investigation on the complete suspension of my car and gave me a detailed report. They worked with me to add/eliminate parts that I want to use on my upgrades and developed a plan to bring it all together. I wasn't pressured into making decisions then and there. 10/10 service and facility.

Gio and Ariel were amazing and were super helpful in helping me deal with a tough situation with my car. I was lucky enough to find them on a road trip to San Diego from San Jose and they took care of the rest. Great work and honest service. Would highly recommend!!!
