I like this place, they weren't pushy on the need to fix other issues. They fixed my 14 year old car so that it passed the smog check and it doesn't smoke when I turn it on.

I had gone in for my oil change after receiving my e-mail notification. They're very close in predicting when my car needs an oil change. As always, they do a thorough job and they notified me that a hose was leaking. I told them to call me when they received the hose and they tool care of the repair in under an hour. The staff is always helpful and the owners are usually around to greet you and ask how the service has been. I highly recommend One Stop Auto Care!

LOVE.Awhile ago, a friend of mine was driving my car while I was working on set. A tire TOTALLY blew out. I did some research from my phone on where I should send her for a new tire, and picked One Stop based on Yelp reviews. I called ahead and explained the situation, told that a friend would be bringing in the car with my credit card, and they were really amazing. I decided just to get 4 new tires, and my friend told me they were really sweet with her, and worked quick! She was in and out in almost no time, and went back to driving around LA.Fast forward to last week, I needed to drive my fiancs car up to Monterey for a friends wedding. There had been a nail in the tire for forever, and was a continuous slow leak. I pulled up bright and early to see if they could fix it. $20 later and in almost no time, and with topped off fluids I was on my way!!Every interaction I've had here has been just amazing. I feel so lucky to have them in my neighborhood. The staff is all great too, they all joke around with you but still conduct themselves in a professional manner. Love them! And I hope to see them at my next roller derby game. ;

My wife's SUV needed a new radiator. The dealer wanted to charge us about $200 more than ONE STOP AUTO. We ended up having the work done at ONE STOP AUTO. We were than happy with the work. 5 stars all the way.

I took my Isuzu in because i needed transmission work. Which meant it would be a bog job and an investment for me. I knew I could count on One Stop Auto Care to get the job done right. I had a little trouble afterwards and they took care of it right away. They are always accommodating and offer the best customer service of any shop I've ever dealt with. It took me a long time, but I can finally say, I have a mechanic (shop).

Thank you One Stop for always giving Five Star service. It's nice to be treated so nicely and to be remembered every time I bring my car here. Gerry and his team do a great job consistently! I never hesitate to refer them to people!
