The customer service here is as good as it gets! We first came here after buying a Groupon for an oil change. They were so nice that we came back to get our breaks taken care of. First, they offered us a ride home in their courtesy shuttle while they worked on our car, then came to pick us back up. I had never had a car shop do that before, so I thought that was pretty cool.That night the brakes started smoking, and the peddle was stuck so we took it back as soon as they opened and again they were great, took the car right in, offered us a ride again. At the end of the day we thought we were good to go. But almost as soon as we left the brakes started smoking again. So we called the guys and they told us to come right back. We did, and again they were gracious and apologetic. They got us a rental, and sent us on our way for the weekend. They kept all day Monday and pretty much replaced everything to do with the brakes. So we got the car on Tuesday and sure enough we got a few miles from the shop, and there it was again. Honestly, if they hadn't been so good to us every chance they could have by this point, I would have lost it. But as soon as I called, they were like ok come back we'll get it taken care of. When we arrived they had another rental waiting for us and we're incredibly nice for people who were doing an extra week of work on a car.In the end, after many extra hours and on their part they figured it out the problem and the brakes work perfectly. Everyone could not have been nicer or more professional, even when they were obviously frustrated with our brake mystery. I don't know if we would have been treated as well by any other shop. After reading the other reviews I don't care if they're not the cheapest shop in town, their customer service is the best I've experienced with any business in a long time. Its worth it to be treated well and to know that your car is well taken care of safe. I highly recommend One Stop Auto Care!

Came here after reading some Yelp reviews. Gerry and Narciso were amazing and very friendly!First of all I didn't have an appointment and Narciso was up-front letting me know how long it would take for me to drop in on a Saturday morning. His estimate was spot on!My intent was to get a brake fluid flush w replacement and an oil change. They did a strip test to see if I actually needed a brake fluid replacement and it came back negative, so I really only needed an oil change.Gerry was a great fellow to talk with throughout my waiting time and gave me some complimentary information on tire wear, ABS functions and answered questions about cars in general I'd been wanting to ask for some time. With a friendly smile and fantastic attitude Gerry made the hour I waited a both pleasant and informative.Narciso gave me a detailed description of work that my car could use alignment, tire replacement, etc. with pricing breakdown but DID NOT force it on me. He was helpful and answered my questions, inviting me to come back when and if I feel I would like to have the repairs done that he recommended. This was a pleasure given some experiences I've had where they give you the whole shpeel, I can't let you leave here, it's a safety hazard! Narciso simply let me know what could benefit my car and left the decision to me.I highly recommend One Stop Auto Care and look forward to coming back when and if I need more service done. These guys really took care of me twice, and then took care of my friend who drove up to Glendale and had her brakes start to fail on the way. They are: Kind, friendly. They explain everything. Kindness and politness go a long way in this world, especially when you're dealing with stressed out people whose cars aren't working--these guys are just great.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys. First time here and came with the Groupon coupon. It took a few weeks to get an appointment with them but it was totally worth the wait. Not only did they change my oil, they took care of a ton of other small issues with my car for an incredibly reasonable rate. This place is so good I am definitely sending my girlfriend here because I know they will take good care of her.I spent a long time talking to the owner and it is really clear that even though they are overwhelmed with all the people coming in from the Groupon deal they are doing everything they can to keep their customer service top notch. Note: They didn't have wifi in the waiting area but promised it would be up and running soon so bring a laptop next time if you have time to kill while they fix up your ride. Thanks One Stop Auto!!

OMG I got the best service. They did an awesome job on my car and kept in touch with me the whole time on the progress. It was a totally painless process to get my car fixed. They even washed my car!Today I got a call asking how my car was running. I got It back a week ago. What awesome customer service.I will recommend One Stop to anyone who will listen. They have pretty good coupons on their site as well.

A full chiropractic service and foot massage for Yaris by some real nice fellows. They didn't charge me for simple check-up stuff and checked in with me for all additional work. Even offered me a bottle of water on a sweltering day. Yaris and I left two happy ladies.

I originally took my car here based on the good reviews and I need to say THANKS!!I will never take my car to anyone else. And I would recommend this place to everyone.I went to them to re-build my engine, not only did they do a good job, but they also gave me a 2 year warranty! This week I needed a tune-up and a new fuelidle sensor. It took longer than they thought, so they paid for a rental car for me for 2 days and when I picked up my car it was washed warms my little heartThe other great thing is that they are always happy to pick me up at my house or give me a ride home when I drop my car off. So it makes it stress free.Sign-up for the mailing list and they send you coupons in the mail too!

What a great service. I had several issues with other service stations trying to convince me to do work that wasn't necessary. One Stop reviewed a list of things that were recommended by other shops and only recommended one in four for my car. They also honor their warranties without question, service is done quickly and correctly the first time and prices are very reasonable. On top of that they always wash and clean the car before returning it!

Narciso changed my tire and - washed and vaccumed my car- from what the other review says- this must be normal! Anyways, much better service and better feeling than other places- organized, knowledgeable- explained what was wrong- and friendly.
