I've been going to see Jerry for years. I think I'm on my third car with him. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I needed to find someone who was honest with me, did good work at a good price. Jerry is all of those things. I drive in from WeHo to see him because its not worth figuring out if someone is taking me to the cleaners.I think his prices are competitive and I've never had to worry about his quality. I read other reviews that said they felt he overcharged; while I can't speak to those situations, it has not been my experience of Jerry in all these years.I find him to be a hard working small business owner who goes above and beyond for a Mom and Pop operation and tries to offer stuff you find in corporate auto repair places.Narciso and Beto are awesome!

Team One Stop were super amazing friendly!!! I just drove in with no appointment, no review check and Alberto got me a great deal with tire balancing on my Truck. After the job was done, Christian gave me an advice about some parts that i needed to replace and take care of, which was really great because im not a mechanic and i did appreciated him for letting me know. No pressure there! After an hour leaving the shop, I noticed that i also needed an alignment. So since its in my hood, I came back to have them do the job. While i wait in their lobby, I had a friendly conversation with Narciso and Gerry. They made me feel like im in my own garage! f'n awesome peeps, i tell you that!! guaranteed im taking my truck back to One Stop for my next maintenance. The team at One Stop has worked on my truck twice in the last year and they did a great job both times. I feel like they are being straight with me with diagnosis and they don't add in hidden charges last minute. They get the work done quickly and they cut me some slack with payment options. Good folks all around.

Went in for my normal oil change, air filter and a couple of other things. I was met with professionalism and great customer service as usual. All was repaired properly, diagnosis of other things was a bit expensive I thought but will be credited when service is complete which is good. When I left my car wasn't functioning properly and after bringing it to their attention, they fixed it so I can drive away and followed up the following working day with a solution. Overall satisfied...

Fast, friendly and easy to deal with. Pricing is good compared to dealer (Jeep). You can access your repair history online. They use email to confirm scheduled appointments and make recommendations for service at regular intervals.

This is my second time going to One-Stop after having been introduced to it via their Groupon. Both times I have gone, they have been exceptionally helpful and reliable. Narcisso is great to deal with.

I WAS WELL NOTIFIED ON ALL WORK BEING DONE. NARSISO WAS AN EXCELLENT PERSON DEAL SEAL WTH, HE WAS NERY PROFEDIONAL !!!!! I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH ALL THE WORK THAT WAS DONE ! ON A SAD NOTE-THE EVENINING I PICKED UP THE VEHICLE WE HAD VERY STONG WIND STORMS, A TREE BROKE IN HALF AND FELL 80 FEET AND LANDED DIRECTLY ON TOP OF THE VEHICLE, AND WAS TOTALED, AND I JUST PAID $4,200.00 FOR SERVICE AND FILLED THE GAS TANK $92.50 -$4,300.00 TOTAL. BUT I WAS STILL VERY SATISFIED WITH MY SERVICE !
