One Stop is a great place that offers excellent service and gets the job done in a timely manner. It is conveniently located in Eagle Rock.

I've been in to see Narciso twice now and both times were really smooth and easy and the jobs were done well and quick! I really appreciated the on paper estimate he presented me with each time so I could look over and make sure it matched what he had said on the phone and both times they did and it was nice to see exactly what I was paying for. I really appreciate the free car shuttle back to my house each time as well. The customer service is great and they haven't tried to push sales or other repairs on me but gladly let me know what maintenance may be needed for a car my age and they do a good inspection of the whole car each time. I'd go to them again!

I am extremely happy with the service I received at One Stop Auto Care. My front and rear brakes were totally at the bare metal. Their swift hands and gentle care transformed my Kia. Narciso is fantastic! He informed me of a leak in the power steering line and in Kia's oil pan gasket. He eased my concerns and said it's due to normal wear and tear and that I could wait to get that done. Stop in - One Stop Auto Care, your car will receive Royal Treatment.

I made the mistake of waiting too long before fixing issues with my car, and came to One Stop with quite a few issues going on. They did a full check up on my car and took the time to actually explain what they had found wrong with it. Definitely trust them and highly recommend taking your car here!

Honest, friendly, and quick service as well as a carwash!

I've taken my new Honda (now 2 years old) to One Stop since I bought it rather than going to the dealer. I'm always satisfied with the quality of work as well as the care and attention. Not once have they suggested work that seemed like it shouldn't be necessary or charged excessively. Their 4 oil changes for $59.95 is a great deal!

I took my car in to OSAC today. I drive a 2010 Mazda3. I haven't had any maintenance except regular oil changes done on it since I bought it in 2009. I thought it had brake problems, and possibly engine trouble. But OSAC said everything looked great and did not charge me for any more work except a 4 wheel alignment which I did know I needed I got treated like royalty. Jerry, the owner, drove me back to my house, and he picked me up when my car was ready I live in Glendale. Not only did they not add expensive repairs, but they washed my car insideout, and vacuumed the interior it really needed it too! Didn't charge me a dime for this. I will definitely be taking my car back here on a regular basis.
