Always friendly, helpful and thorough! I've been bringing my car here for the past 2 years.

I recently switched to One Stop Auto, and I've been extremely happy with my experience there. My first visit was a big one (after putting off several major repairs for more than a year), and was ill-timed right before a road trip. When the repairs proved too numerous to happen in time for my trip, One Stop Auto rented a comparably-sized SUV for me to use for the duration of my trip. I returned to a repaired/cleaned/detailed car, and they even offered to pick me up at the rental place. They are thorough and straightforward, and they don't talk down to anyone. I am very happy with their service, and have already referred several friends and coworkers as well!

I blew a tire on the freeway and found this place with my GPS and they were beyond helpful. They gave me a more than fair price on my run flats; they could have taken advantage of my situation being that I was stuck. They had me in and out with 2 new tires in 45 mins. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

Julio is always professional and friendly. The rest of your staff is on point. Your service is expedient and fairly priced. Your perks of washing the vehicle and providing transportation is so great. It's hard to find a good overall auto service. I'm glad I did and thank you for providing the public the way we need to be serviced.

Called for a flat fix and tire rotation and they fit me right in. Added a brake adjustment when I got there, no problem. One hour later they were done. They had diagnosed many other problems- rotting tired, dry belt, leaking shocks, etc but ere was absolutely NO sales pitch. I wasn't even sure if they offered those services until I asked. They typed up a list of the issues and offered to send a quote by email. I really appreciated the no pressure environment and the time to go home and do my own research on the repairs and their prices.

HI ENERYONE FROM LA I HAVE ENJOYED COMMING HERE FOR YEARS, I HAVE A VERY OLD CAR 1997 IT WAS MY MOMS AND THANKS TO ONE STOP AUTO CARE IT WILL PROBABLY OUT LIVE ANOTHER TEN YEARS.

I tease with Narciso telling him that One Stop is the only place I can go with a coupon for an oil change and it ends up costing me $1000.00. I am always very pleased with your service and quality of work. While I think you're priced a bit high, I must admit that you beat another place where I had gotten an estimate for my air conditioning repair. It's nice to have cold air in my car again. Thank You!
