I was on the internet looking for a shop to do my scheduled 100K service on my 2002 Trailblazer. One Stop came up and I decided to give them a chance; previously I had always used the Chevy dealer. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They did excellent work, even giving me a break on the price, even paying for my rental car. Narciso Zepeda, my service advisor, went out of his way to make my experience as unstressfull as possible. Highly recommended!

Last year, One Stop did a lot of work on my car including the replacement of a large part of my air conditioning system. The work included, at the time, a 12 month12,000 mile warranty. Fast forward 10 months and 14,000 miles later and the air conditioning stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year at the beginning of September! Assuming it would be an easy fix, I took the car to a service station close to my work. I hoped it would just need freon or a screw came off or something else automobile repair-y. Instead, I was told the car needed a new compressor, condensor, and expansion valve to the tune of about a thousand bucks. Arghhhhhhh!!!! I couldn't afford it so got my car and drove away feeling very bummed out.Because I have the worst memory in the world I couldn't completely remember exactly when One Stop had done the work on my car. Their website said they had a 24 month24K mile warranty. It took me about an hour to find the receipt at home and was distraught to see that it was out of warranty. Like I said, at the time I had the repairs done, it was a 1212 warranty. Since I had nothing to lose I decided to call One Stop anyway.So the following morning I called them and spoke to Narciso. Without batting an eyelash, he told me it was under warranty meaning they were honoring a warranty I didn't even have. Instead, they were honoring the warranty for current repairs. They found that the car needed the same repairs as the service station had reported to me. In addition to honoring a warranty that they didn't have to, they picked up the cost of the car rental. Their customer service is impeccable and they were in close contact with me to keep me up to date on progress of the repair. One Stop may be more expensive than other auto repair shops, but you definitely get what you pay for.

What a way to start a day! Found out I had a nail in one of my tires and drove up to the nearest place which happen to be One Stop Auto Care. I do remember seeing commercials for this place on cable television so figured it should be a good place. They removed the nail and repaired my tire almost instantaneously! Gerry was great! It was the best auto service I have ever received! 2 thumbs WAY up! Gotta give them a try! I will be a repeat customer! :

I've never been more satisfied and delighted after getting my car fixed. Narciso was very friendly, helpful and straightforward with what I needed to get fixed on my car and even what repairs I could afford to wait on. I didn't feel pressured at all.They have a 4 oil changes for $59.95 deal, which is a GREAT. Plus, they even washed my car for free! How could it get any better? I drove out of the parking lot feeling like I was driving a new car.I 100% recommend One Stop Auto. I don't even live in Eagle Rock any more, but I will definitely be making the drive in order to get such great service.

I bought two of the Groupon deal for them for the oil changes. My first visit was smooth and pretty quick and they were very nice and gave me a nice little gift back for the holiday.Just went in for my second oil change and again they were SO nice, didn't talk to me like I was some idiot girl, turned out I needed new tires which I kiiinda suspected going in and they were very clear and straightforward about my options and time frame since I couldn't afford all four and were totally cool about me coming back in a few weeks... Until we noticed the bulge on my front tire and he still said it was fine to wait a few weeks but that I shouldn't go on any trips because it could burst when it's that warm for that long... Since I have TWO coming up in the next two weeks I decided to at least replace the worst two now. And in them replacing them they discovered that there were these locks on my wheels that I didn't even know I had and apparently the previous owner failed to give me the key to which means that if I HAD gotten a flat I would have been SCREWED we searched all over my car and found nothing. They managed to get the locks off without ruining them even! and I will head back there when I can save up for the other two tires.They are certainly not the closest place to me but I will go back there since they have been so helpful, honest, respectful and fair.AND they had it done SO fast.

The customer service here is as good as it gets! We first came here after buying a Groupon for an oil change. They were so nice that we came back to get our breaks taken care of. First, they offered us a ride home in their courtesy shuttle while they worked on our car, then came to pick us back up. I had never had a car shop do that before, so I thought that was pretty cool.That night the brakes started smoking, and the peddle was stuck so we took it back as soon as they opened and again they were great, took the car right in, offered us a ride again. At the end of the day we thought we were good to go. But almost as soon as we left the brakes started smoking again. So we called the guys and they told us to come right back. We did, and again they were gracious and apologetic. They got us a rental, and sent us on our way for the weekend. They kept all day Monday and pretty much replaced everything to do with the brakes. So we got the car on Tuesday and sure enough we got a few miles from the shop, and there it was again. Honestly, if they hadn't been so good to us every chance they could have by this point, I would have lost it. But as soon as I called, they were like ok come back we'll get it taken care of. When we arrived they had another rental waiting for us and we're incredibly nice for people who were doing an extra week of work on a car.In the end, after many extra hours and on their part they figured it out the problem and the brakes work perfectly. Everyone could not have been nicer or more professional, even when they were obviously frustrated with our brake mystery. I don't know if we would have been treated as well by any other shop. After reading the other reviews I don't care if they're not the cheapest shop in town, their customer service is the best I've experienced with any business in a long time. Its worth it to be treated well and to know that your car is well taken care of safe. I highly recommend One Stop Auto Care!

Came here after reading some Yelp reviews. Gerry and Narciso were amazing and very friendly!First of all I didn't have an appointment and Narciso was up-front letting me know how long it would take for me to drop in on a Saturday morning. His estimate was spot on!My intent was to get a brake fluid flush w replacement and an oil change. They did a strip test to see if I actually needed a brake fluid replacement and it came back negative, so I really only needed an oil change.Gerry was a great fellow to talk with throughout my waiting time and gave me some complimentary information on tire wear, ABS functions and answered questions about cars in general I'd been wanting to ask for some time. With a friendly smile and fantastic attitude Gerry made the hour I waited a both pleasant and informative.Narciso gave me a detailed description of work that my car could use alignment, tire replacement, etc. with pricing breakdown but DID NOT force it on me. He was helpful and answered my questions, inviting me to come back when and if I feel I would like to have the repairs done that he recommended. This was a pleasure given some experiences I've had where they give you the whole shpeel, I can't let you leave here, it's a safety hazard! Narciso simply let me know what could benefit my car and left the decision to me.I highly recommend One Stop Auto Care and look forward to coming back when and if I need more service done. Thanks guys!
